Hardware and Software

spreed web meetings can be held on any PC (Windows, Linux, BSD) and Mac (Mac OSX). Additionally, you need a webcam to transfer video and a microphone, headset or a webcam with integrated microphone to transfer audio. We recommend you to use conference systems for best quality und professionality (Yamaha ProjectPhones). Please, try to avoid using the integrated microphone and speakers of your Notebook, Display or Computer. An echo will be caused with that method and your voice can get understandable for the meeting's participants. Use headsets or conference systems for VoIP. For more details, please check spreed Checklist and Yamaha ProjectPhones.
If you neither have a headset nor a conference system to use, you can transfer your voice via phone. spreed web meetings offer Dial-In numbers worldwide - makes it easy for you to use your phone to join a meeting. Additionally, as a moderator, you can use our Dial-Out feature, to call participants on the phone, live from your web meeting.
